Although we strive to provide certainty for clients with flat rate billing and fixed fees, occasionally circumstances may require a departure from flat or fixed fees. We reserve the right to depart from the stated prices at any point in the process but will do our best to provide plenty of notice when that is anticipated. In some instances, where circumstances dictate, we may increase the guideline prices which were designed for standard or routine cases, not more complex or complicated matters.

FEE ARRANGEMENTS
CONTINGENCY FEE
A contingency fee means your lawyer gets paid only if you win your case. If you don’t win, you don’t owe them anything. If you are successful, a pre-agreed percentage of your compensation will go to your lawyer.
Class actions and civil lawsuits are paid for through contingency fees at PATH.

Applying for a record suspension (pardon) can be complex. PATH will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary documents, ensuring all requirements are met. We’ll review your case, guide you through the steps, and help compile the supporting evidence to strengthen your application.
