Hanna Garson

Hanna practices in the areas of criminal defence and prison law, as well as appeals, and has represented clients at all levels of court in the province.​

Hanna graduated from Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2017 and was called to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society in 2018. She is a founding member of East Coast Prison Justice Society and a member of the Canadian Prison Law Association. Hanna also works privately as a sole practitioner with Hanna Garson Law. ​Outside of work, Hanna is a proud mother of the world's sweetest baby.
